Un v\u00e9rin de rechange peut rester inutilis\u00e9 pendant plusieurs mois entre sa livraison et sa mise en service. Un stockage inad\u00e9quat peut entra\u00eener l'apparition de corrosion sur la tige, endommager les joints ou provoquer une contamination \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des orifices avant m\u00eame le premier cycle de fonctionnement. Les exigences en mati\u00e8re de conservation doivent donc \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au plan d'achat et de remise, en particulier pour les projets maritimes, offshore et en milieu isol\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Start with the supplier’s product-specific instructions<\/h2>\n

Il n'existe pas d'orientation universelle en mati\u00e8re de stockage. Les publications de Parker relatives aux diff\u00e9rentes gammes de v\u00e9rins fournissent des recommandations vari\u00e9es, notamment \u00ab tige vers le haut \u00bb pour certains mod\u00e8les industriels et \u00ab tige vers le bas \u00bb pour certains v\u00e9rins mobiles. Les instructions approuv\u00e9es du fabricant pr\u00e9valent. Demandez-les lors de la livraison, en particulier lorsqu'un v\u00e9rin est rempli de liquide de conservation ou doit \u00eatre stock\u00e9 plus longtemps que pr\u00e9vu initialement.<\/p>\n

G\u00e9rer l'environnement de stockage<\/h2>\n

Utilisez un emplacement propre, sec et prot\u00e9g\u00e9, \u00e0 l'abri de la pluie, des embruns salins, de la poussi\u00e8re de meulage et d'un trafic intense. Maintenez le v\u00e9rin solidement en place afin que son poids soit support\u00e9 par des points appropri\u00e9s, et non par la tige expos\u00e9e ou par de petits raccords. Laissez les bouchons d'usine en place jusqu'\u00e0 l'installation. Prot\u00e9gez la tige contre les chocs ; m\u00eame une petite \u00e9br\u00e9chure peut endommager un joint lors du fonctionnement du v\u00e9rin.<\/p>\n

Noter l'\u00e9tat de conservation<\/h2>\n

At receipt, photograph the packing, port caps, rod, coating and nameplate. Record any supplier-applied inhibitor or internal fluid, and ask whether it is compatible with the machine’s final hydraulic fluid. If a cylinder is stored full of oil, temperature changes can expand the fluid and raise internal pressure; follow the manufacturer’s venting or protection method. Do not loosen a plug on a pressurized cylinder casually.<\/p>\n

Inspection avant mise en service<\/h2>\n

  1. V\u00e9rifiez qu'il n'y a pas de dommages dus au transport, de traces de corrosion, de fiches mal fix\u00e9es ou d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments d'identification manquants.<\/li>\n
  2. Confirm that the rod surface and exposed interfaces meet the supplier’s acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n
  3. V\u00e9rifiez la dur\u00e9e de conservation ainsi que la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'un contr\u00f4le des joints ou d'un rin\u00e7age des circuits.<\/li>\n
  4. Nettoyez les connexions externes avant de retirer les capuchons ; veillez \u00e0 emp\u00eacher toute p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de salet\u00e9 lors de l'installation.<\/li>\n
  5. V\u00e9rifiez le montage, les flexibles, la protection contre la surpression et le premier mouvement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 en suivant la proc\u00e9dure pr\u00e9vue pour le projet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
