Il s'agit \u00e9galement d'un r\u00e9cipient sous pression capable de conserver de l'\u00e9nergie apr\u00e8s l'arr\u00eat de la pompe ; son choix et son entretien n\u00e9cessitent donc un plan document\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Commencez par d\u00e9finir la fonction<\/h2>\n<p>Un accumulateur destin\u00e9 \u00e0 un d\u00e9placement d'urgence, \u00e0 l'assistance en d\u00e9bit de pointe ou \u00e0 l'amortissement des pulsations peut n\u00e9cessiter des sp\u00e9cifications de dimensionnement et de raccordement diff\u00e9rentes. Indiquez le volume d'huile utile \u00e0 fournir, la pression de charge maximale, la pression de service utile minimale et la dur\u00e9e pendant laquelle l'huile doit s'\u00e9couler. La temp\u00e9rature modifie la pression du gaz ; par cons\u00e9quent, une installation destin\u00e9e \u00e0 fonctionner dans des conditions ambiantes tr\u00e8s variables doit \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e \u00e0 ses temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames, \u00e0 froid et \u00e0 chaud.<\/p>\n<h2>La s\u00e9lection ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 un simple chiffre de volume<\/h2>\n<p>Choose bladder, piston or diaphragm construction according to flow, pressure range, mounting, maintenance and fluid compatibility. Verify the manufacturer&#8217;s pressure and temperature ratings, connection flow capacity and local pressure-vessel requirements. A schematic should show isolation, pressure relief, safe discharge and a way to verify zero hydraulic pressure before service.
