Marine Deck Crane Hydraulic Cylinder The Marine Deck Crane Hydraulic Cylinder is engineered for reliable performance in demanding offshore and shipboard crane applications. Designed for heavy lifting
A deck-crane cylinder must match the crane linkage and rated working envelope. Cylinder force changes with boom angle and load radius; a nominal crane capacity is not enough to define the actuator. The design should cover both controlled movement and holding a suspended load.
Provide boom geometry, pivot locations, stroke, speed, rated and exceptional loads, and the intended valve arrangement. Review buckling at the longest extension, pin and bearing reactions, hose routing through the crane motion and corrosion at exposed surfaces.
Specify the vessel environment, fluid, temperature range, inspection interval and documentation required by the project. Confirm the relevant crane and vessel approval requirements with the responsible engineer before finalizing the cylinder and load-control circuit.

Configuration, dimensions and performance are confirmed against the approved project drawings; this section is specification guidance rather than a fixed catalog rating.
Final technical parameters are confirmed after drawing review and operating-condition evaluation.
