HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
Custom cylinders for industrial hydraulic presses, designed from press force, working stroke, frame interface, return motion and duty cycle.

A press cylinder must match the press frame, tooling, process force and operating sequence. Drawing-based design is especially important for a replacement because a nominal tonnage does not describe the mounting interface, available stroke or return operation. Yongjian can review a new or existing press arrangement and develop a custom cylinder configuration for approval.
Concept rendering for application illustration. Final appearance, dimensions and performance depend on the approved drawing and duty specification.
State whether the machine performs forming, straightening, stamping, compacting or another operation. Provide the required force across the working stroke, approach and pressing speeds, return speed, dwell time, cycles per hour and any off-center loading. Separate normal operating pressure from maximum system pressure. The press engineer should confirm how the ram is guided and whether side loads are carried by the frame rather than the cylinder rod.
Share the frame drawing, available envelope, mounting face or flange geometry, rod connection, installed height, stroke, port position and access for assembly. The cylinder may need a single-acting or double-acting arrangement, depending on how the ram returns. Bore, rod size and wall design should follow the force and pressure calculations. Seals, bearings, rod surface treatment, hydraulic fluid and temperature limits should be chosen for the actual cycle and environment.
Agree on dimensional checks for the mounting and rod interfaces, pressure and leakage testing, any functional checks, surface protection, nameplate details and delivery documents. Specify how the press is made safe for cylinder removal and what seal or spare-part information the maintenance team needs. Test values and acceptance criteria belong on the approved drawing and inspection plan.
Provide press tonnage or calculated force, force–stroke curve, system pressure, approach/working/return speeds, cylinder arrangement, mounting drawing, operating sequence, fluid, cycle rate, quantity and required records. Yongjian also shows metallurgical cylinders for related forming and metal-processing duties. Send your press specification for engineering review.
Final technical parameters are confirmed after drawing review and operating-condition evaluation.
